Bayramov emphasized the positive impact of the existing relations between Azerbaijan and Russia on expanding cooperation across regional and international platforms. Both parties explored the prospects of collaboration on various international fronts, underlining the significance of mutual engagement.
Bayramov expressed concerns regarding the forthcoming EU-Armenia-USA joint conference scheduled for April 5, emphasizing the need for transparency and inclusivity in such initiatives.
