Digital monitoring of migrants will be established in Russia, the Deputy Speaker of the State Duma announced after the meeting with Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin.
According to Sergey Neverov, in this way, not only the issue of "security of Russian citizens" but also the protection of labor migrants' rights will be settled.
"A digital platform will be created for them. We will control where they go, where and with whom they live, when the relevant documents expire, etc.," the official explained.
