Olivier Decottignies, French Ambassador to Armenia referred to the rights of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians.
“On the road to Stepanakert, now closed. 100,000 Armenians from Nagorno-Karabakh were forced to flee their homes after 9 months of blockade and a brutal assault from Azerbaijan. Their right of return, recognized by the International Court of Justice, is today violated”, Decottignies said in a post on X.
