Armenia’s Parliament Speaker Alen Simonyan expressed his condolences regarding the terrorist attack in Moscow.
“I strongly condemn the terrorist act that took place in Moscow. Such actions have no justification and cannot have. I offer my condolences to the families and relatives of the victims,” he wrote on his Telegram channel.
