Four suspects have been arrested following a manhunt in Russia, news outlets reported on Saturday, March 23, after dozens of people were killed in a Friday night attack at a Moscow concert hall.
Security forces arrested four men in Bryansk Oblast, the Investigative Committee said on Saturday morning.
The news came as the death toll in the Crocus City Hall attack rose to 93.
Daytime footage by independent Russian media SOTAvision shows smoke visible above the venue in Moscow’s Krasnogorsk district, and multiple emergency vehicles at the scene.
The Islamic State claimed responsibility for the attack.
