We are living in a time when the global system is changing, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan said during his speech at the 11th Global Forum in Baku. “Azerbaijan and Armenia are now very close to signing a peace treaty. We fully support the peaceful progress of the negotiations,” he said.
Fidan also noted that the war in Ukraine has been raging for more than two years. “During these years, the infrastructures were destroyed, there were many victims. There will be no winner in this war. This conflict should be resolved through negotiations. We consider it important to establish a ceasefire regime on the European continent in line with the 21st century,” concluded the Turkish Foreign Minister.
