The most empowering factor for the West at the moment is the war in Ukraine. As a result of the war in Ukraine, NATO has expanded. The EU is united after the war in Ukraine. The US military industry is also developing very intensively because of that war. NATO is the strongest. Now we can ask the question, are we the ones making the West stronger, or are the people who decided to carry out that war, and as a result of that war, the West has become much stronger? Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia Armen Grigoryan said this during a briefing with journalists in the Parliament, referring to the accusations directed at Armenia in terms of supporting the West.
"In that context, it is necessary to look for pro-western forces elsewhere, outside of Armenia," he said.
Touching upon the accusations that Armenia's relations with Russia have deteriorated, the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia answered with a rhetorical question whether Russia has also spoiled its relations with other countries. According to Armen Grigoryan, Armenia is not the only example, there are other examples like Armenia.
"If one person is bad with many, it is not the problem of many, it is probably the problem of one person, and I don't understand that it is always imposed on Armenia that it is Armenia's fault. But at the same time, we see that Russia's relations with everyone are not smooth," he said.
