Ruben Rubinyan, Parliament Vice-Speaker of Armenia, Special Representative for Relations with Turkey, announced in an interview with CNN Turk about the readiness to open borders and complete diplomatic relations with Ankara.
“At the moment, we do not see any obstacle to the full restoration of relations with Turkey and the opening of the border,” Rubinyan said, adding that Armenia expects a demonstration of political will from Turkey.
