Turkey and Armenia will hold a meeting on the settlement issue, the date and place are subject to agreement, Serdar Kılıç, Turkey's special representative on the settlement of relations with Armenia, told RIA Novosti.
“A meeting will take place, we have made a decision,” the official said.
According to him, there is still no progress in the direction of opening the Armenian-Turkish border for citizens of third countries, but Ankara and Yerevan are working in that direction.
