Serdar Kılıç, Turkey's Special Representative on the issue of relations with Armenia, suggested to his Armenian counterpart, Ruben Rubinyan, to meet in Yerevan next week, and it will "become a historic event".
"You and I will discuss it later and decide when and where we will meet," Rubinyan answered during the discussion at the Diplomacy Forum in Antalya.
