On March 1, Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who is currently on a working visit to Antalya, Turkey, at the invitation of Foreign Minister of the Republic of Turkey Hakan Fidan, is taking part in a special session of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum. The Minister also held a number of bilateral meetings, Russia's Foreign Ministry reports.
During the meeting with Foreign Minister of the Republic of Turkey Hakan Fidan, the discussion focused on key aspects of the international agenda, including the situation in the Middle East, North Africa and the Black Sea region.
The ministers coordinated their positions on current issues related to political dialogue and trade and economic cooperation between Russia and Turkey.
