I consider that Armenia's foreign policy should be balanced, as it was. Hayk Mamijanyan, head of the 'I Have Honor' faction, said this at a parliamentary briefing, addressing the issue of becoming a possible candidate for EU membership.
"I have the honor to represent a political entity that is responsible for most of the signing and ratification of the Armenia-EU Comprehensive and Extended Partnership Agreement," he said.
The deputy emphasized the importance of building Armenia's foreign policy, taking into account the region, the geopolitical situation and other factors.
