Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan laid flowers at the “Influence and Counteraction” monument erected in the park adjacent to Grigor Lusavorich Street in Yerevan, paying tribute to the memory of the victims of March 1, 2008 events.
Ten were killed as people clashed with police during the rally that followed the presidential elections of 2008.
