President of Armenia Vahagn Khachaturyan signed a decree on appointing Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Armenia to the Republic of Lithuania Ara Margaryan, concurrently, as the Ambassador of Armenia to the Republic of Estonia (residence: Vilnius), the presidency said.
