Azerbaijani Kamil Zeynalli was arrested at Moscow's 'Domodedovo' airport. The Ministry of Internal Affairs of Armenia informed 'Lurer' that at the request of Armenia, an international search has been announced against Zeynalli on charges of murder.
Azerbaijani media have already reported that he is accused of threatening to kill, causing serious damage to health or destroying property, inciting sexual acts.
According to the media, during the 44-day war, Zeynalli committed war crimes in the territory of Nagorno-Karabakh, and was also involved in the organization and coordination of attacks by Azerbaijanis against Armenians in the Russian territory in July, 2020.
