In the provision 9 of the trilateral statement of November 9, 2020, there is nothing that a corridor will pass through the territory of Armenia, it is impossible to find it, there is no such thing that any other country will control any territory of Armenia, we are talking about regional communications. You also know that in order to fully present our position, we created and proposed the 'Crossroads of Peace' project. That is our vision. Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this during a meeting with representatives of the Armenian community in Munich and neighboring regions.
As for the dangers, he noted that the language used by the head of Azerbaijan is already a signal that there are dangers.
"How to face these dangers? First of all, it should be managed in international relations as well. What was one of the reasons for the creation of 'Crossroads of Peace'? Azerbaijan was trying to create the impression that we do not want to give way to anyone.
What is being said that Russia should control something in our territory, there is no such thing written in provision 9, not to mention that the rest of the provisions of the trilateral statement were, in fact, thrown away by Azerbaijan and Russia. The reference to that 9th provision is no longer relevant, because both the Russian Federation and Azerbaijan have completely violated their obligations under the previous provisions, today there are no Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh.
And that is also the responsibility of the Russian peacekeeping troops stationed in Nagorno-Karabakh, the purpose of which was to protect the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh," Nikol Pashinyan concluded his speech.
