Netanyahu has faced strong international pressure over its plans for a military operation in Rafah. Negotiations with Hamas have so far failed, and there is no indication of a possible breakthrough.
In a video statement, Netanyahu insisted that Hamas should let go of their "delusional" demands to be able to move forward.
