Turkey conveyed to Armenia its ideas for the restoration of the historical bridge of Ani. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia in response to the written request of 'Sputnik Armenia'.
"The Turkish side has conveyed to Armenia its ideas on organizing the technical process of the restoration of the historical bridge of Ani," the answer reads.
Earlier, we reported that Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan made a statement after a private conversation with then Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, that an agreement was reached to repair the Ani bridge with joint efforts.
