The date of Russian President Vladimir Putin's visit to Turkey has yet to be set, but preparations for it are ongoing, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, Interfax reports.
"It has yet to be set," Peskov said at a press briefing on Thursday. "Indeed, the visit has been discussed, there is an understanding on our preparations, and the visit is being prepared. We are looking forward to it," Peskov said.
Moscow and Turkey will announce the visit time "as soon as the dates are coordinated, naturally, with due account of our electoral cycle and the busy work schedule of the Turkish president", he said.
