Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and Permanent Representative of Israel to the UN Gilad Erdan scolded each other at the session of the UN Security Council, which was dedicated to the situation in Gaza, RIA Novosti reports.
During his speech, Erdan criticized Russia for supplying weapons to Iran, which are allegedly used in Ukraine. Lavrov responded by saying that he leaves those words to the speaker's conscience.
At the same time, the Russian Foreign Minister called "not to allow the UN decision to create a Palestinian state to be closed in the same way as the Minsk agreements unanimously approved by the Security Council in 2015 were closed."
