EU's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell said that the bloc was working on the details of a proposal that would legally allow the bloc to use profits from Russian assets frozen under sanctions.
"On the immobilized Russian assets, I think I can say that we have a political agreement to finalize work on the basis of the proposal that we tabled in December, focusing on revenues. By the time being it's about revenues, about the windfall profits, and I'm, well, I am almost sure that this will be finalized soon," Josep Borrell clarified.
