Reuters. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy met NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg at the World Economic Forum in Davos on Tuesday (January 16).
In his Davos meetings Zelenskiy was expected to discuss what kind of immediate assistance is needed to define an effective role for global private and public sector leaders in the country's long-term reconstruction.
Zelenskiy first announced his peace formula at a November summit of the Group of 20 major economies. His peace formula calls for restoring Ukraine’s territorial integrity, withdrawal of Russian troops and cessation of hostilities, as well as the release of all prisoners and detainees, among other things.
The Kremlin on Monday (January 15) dismissed talks in Davos on Ukraine's peace proposals, saying nothing would be achieved because Russia was not part of the discussions.
