I think the negotiations should show the process, whether mediators are needed or not, said Vagharshak Hakobyan, deputy of the 'Civil Contract' faction of the National Assembly, referring to the statement of the President of Azerbaijan that there is no need for a guarantor in the negotiation process.
"I think that the process of negotiations should show that the component is more effective," he said.
Vagharshak Hakobyan emphasized that there were mediators in the entire negotiation process, and in some periods the mediators played an important role, in some periods the mediators were more passive, in some periods the mediators were able to resolve some problems, at some time no.
