Armenia is resolute and unwavering in its desire to establish peace in the region, despite the difficulties and obstacles, Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said at a joint press briefing with his Greek counterpart Giorgos Gerapetritis in Yerevan today.
"I presented to my counterpart the current situation in the South Caucasus after the forced displacement of the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh. I presented the details of the peace process with Azerbaijan, the problems, the projects and the initiatives that Armenia has come up with, particularly the Crossroads of Peace project as an option of reopening transport links," Mirzoyan said.
"We believe that with the mutual constructivism, political will, in the near future we can achieve quite a tangible result in the issue of establishing peace," Mirzoyan said.
