French Ambassador to Armenia Olivier Decottignies made a post in Armenian on X's microblog, congratulating Armenia on the occasion of Christmas.
"Merry Christmas! My thoughts are especially with the refugees of Nagorno-Karabakh, expelled from their land, who are celebrating this holiday far from their homes tonight," the ambassador wrote.
