The attack on the Azerbaijani Embassy to Iran this year created tension in relations, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, said at the ministry's year-end press conference.
He said that the tension was eased as a result of later contacts.
According to the Minister, relations between Azerbaijan and several European countries have had special dynamics this year.
