There were panicked scenes in Prague on Thursday, December 21, after a shooting at a university building left “several dead and dozens injured”, Czech police said.
The shooting took place at Charles University Faculty of Arts.
In a post on X, police confirmed that the shooter had been eliminated and the building had been evacuated.
