The Foreign Minister of the Republic of Cyprus Constantinos Kombos met with the Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan within the framework of the meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the EU.
"Good to meet Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan on the sidelines of today’s FAC. Armenia’s sovereignty and territorial integrity are non-negotiable, and must be respected.
Cyprus welcomes the Armenia – Azerbaijan Joint Statement announcing the exchange of prisoners of war, working for normalising bilateral relations, and implementing confidence-building measures.
