The US Embassy in Armenia congratulates the Government of Armenia on the launch of the new Water Patrol Service.
"Congratulations to the Government of Armenia on establishment of a new Marine Patrol Police unit that will strengthen public safety and combat illicit activities in and around Lake Sevan. The U.S. Embassy was proud to support this initiative through developing training curriculum and providing practical, skills-based training to all new officers.
The U.S. government will continue to support Armenian partners as they implement law enforcement and rule of law reforms across the country," the US Embassy's statement reads.
