A stable peace in Ukraine is possible only if the West stops transferring weapons to Kyiv and the latter accepts the new territorial realities. According to the France Press agency, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, stated.
She emphasized that Russia is open to negotiations, but added that at the moment Moscow does not see the political will in Kyiv or the West to hold them. According to Zakharova, Kyiv wants Russia to capitulate, and under such conditions, Moscow will not talk to the leadership of Ukraine.
She noted that Russia will not allow an "aggressive Nazi state, from whose territory there is a threat to Russia and its neighbors" to exist near its borders.
