Washington wants to make sure it can reach those in need around the world, Antony Blinken said at an event organized by the US Global Leadership Coalition. According to the US Secretary of State, the United States should also support ethnic Armenians.
Blinken claimed that some actors, particularly in Beijing, Moscow and Tehran, do not like the support of the American side.
