Armenian President Vahagn Khachaturyan, who is on a working visit to the United Arab Emirates, participated in the official opening ceremony of the 2023 UN Climate Change Conference (COP 28).
During the COP 28, the Armenian president will deliver an address and attend the panel discussions to be held within the framework of this conference.
