Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree creating the Northern Capital Gateway (NCG) holding with the authorized capital of 169 bln rubles ($1.9 bln), to which participation interests in the management company of the St. Petersburg’s Pulkovo Airport will be transferred, including foreign ones, TASS reports.
The document was signed as part of anti-sanction measures. Special economic measures were applied in this case "in view of a threat to national interests and economic security of Russia, occurred as a result of commitments related to management of Northern Capital Gateway LLC by certain foreign legal persons," the document reads.
Companies owning the Northern Capital Gateway LLC will participate in the new holding to be created by the Russian government.
