States appear on the list of unfriendly countries for Russia, depending on the decisions of their governments, but there are no unfriendly countries from Russia's point of view, Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said.
"We do not have unfriendly countries, nor unfriendly peoples. There are governments that take decisions on behalf of the state, which we consider unfriendly, and we register these governments in the relevant list," Lavrov said at a briefing held after the OSCE Foreign Ministers' meeting in Skopje.
The last time Lavrov participated in the session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the OSCE was two years ago, in December 2021, in Stockholm.
