According to the news agency ISNA, the commander of Iran's border guard forces, General Ahmad Ali Goudarzi, visited the Iran-Azerbaijan border zone, in particular, the Astara border bridge, the Iran-Azerbaijan railway border, and also checked the control of the railway border and the operational and combat readiness of the deployed forces.
During the visit, Godarzi noted that the border between Iran and Azerbaijan is one of the stable borders of friendship and Iran.
