The Gardman-Shirvan-Nakhijevan Pan-Armenian Union considers it important that the state deals with the protection of the property rights of those who were forcibly displaced not only from Nagorno-Karabakh this year, but also from the territory of Azerbaijan in the 80s and 90s of the 20th century. In the message, the refugees remind that the forcibly displaced people arrived in Armenia deprived of even basic necessities.
