I think that in cases where we really need to respond, we do respond at the state level, at the unofficial level. Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said this, answering the question of Armenia's reaction to the statements of the presidents of Turkey and Azerbaijan.
"But now it is very important to be constantly focused on the goal. There can be various statements. They exist, were, and may be, but we must not deviate from our goal. Our goal today is to advance the state interests of Armenia and to be maximally focused on that issue.
Statements are being made from all different places. When we analyze them, in some sense, we see that their purpose may be provocation, to involve Armenia in conversations, which by their nature have no perspective. In other words, they will become a war of tongues, the war of tongues will turn into something more serious, something more serious will turn into escalation and so on. We have clearly formulated that we are following the peace agenda, and we should not deviate from that path," said Nikol Pashinyan.
