German Chancellor, Olaf Scholz, and the president of the United States, Joe Biden, have developed a “secret plan” to “early end” the war waged by Russia against Ukraine. To this end, the head of the Ukrainian state, Volodymyr Zelensky, should be “forced to negotiate” with his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin and to accept “brutal compromises”.
This is what the newspaper "Bild" claims, which it claims to have obtained on the project circulating among the "Western capitals". In particular, the permanent representation of the United States at NATO has communicated that the USA will continue to support Ukraine "so that it can arrive in the strongest possible position at the negotiations" with Russia, "when the time comes".
According to “Bild”, this perspective is shared by the German government, which has set itself as its main objective to put the former Soviet republic “in a strategically good negotiating position”, based on the current front line. From here, Zelensky should negotiate with Putin on the "sovereignty and territorial integrity" of his country. Meanwhile, "the White House and the Chancellery are coordinating on this point", as revealed to "Bild" by sources in the German executive.
