The United States believes that the population that left Nagorno-Karabakh has the right to return. This was announced by the head of the press service of the US State Department, Matthew Miller, during the briefing.
"I will just say what I’ve said before. I don’t want to speak to the meeting that’s going to happen tomorrow, but I’ll say that we continue to believe that people who have left Nagorno-Karabakh have the right to come home if they wish to do so, and that’s a right that should be upheld," Miller said.
