During the discussion of the 2024 state budget at the Parliament of Armenia, 'Civil Contract' faction deputy Sona Ghazaryan asked Armenia's Finance Minister Vahe Hovhannisyan about the 'Crossroads of Peace', especially how the unblocking is expressed in the state budget.
Vahe Hovhannisyan first informed that enough funds are planned for infrastructure development in the budget. The budget also reflects the programs and specific works that are planned to be implemented in 2024.
"As you know, the 'Crossroads of Peace' should become a reality not only as a result of our actions, but also with the participation of the countries of the region. And once such an agreement is reached and this idea moves forward at the appropriate stages, I also mentioned that we have a reserve fund where there is unallocated money for capital expenditures, we will have enough funds to provide the infrastructure for that project," said Vahe Hovhannisyan.
