As Armenia's Prime Minister Pashinyan announced, the three main principles of peace and normalization of relations have been agreed with Azerbaijan.
According to them, Armenia and Azerbaijan mutually recognize each other's territorial integrity, within the framework of 29,800 and 86,600 square kilometers, respectively, delimitation is carried out by the Almaty Declaration and regional communications are opened based on the jurisdiction and sovereignty of the parties.
However, Baku is in no hurry to give assurances about the principles being agreed upon.
