James O’Brien Assistant Secretary, Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs U.S. Department of State, Alexander Sokolowski Deputy Assistant Administrator, Bureau for Europe and Eurasia U.S. Agency for International Development, will be the witnesses during that hearing.
