As a result of the military aggression of September 19-20, information about 16 people captured by Azerbaijan, including the military and political leaders of Nagorno-Karabakh, soldiers and civilians, was transferred to their families. 'Lurer' was informed by the Spokesperson of the Representative of Armenia on International Legal Matters.
According to Hasmik Samvelyan, relatives of the captured persons were provided with information about their health condition, conditions of detention, as well as photos.
The Representative of Armenia received the data through the European Court of Human Rights.
Samvelyan noted that if the Armenian side records violations of human rights based on the information received, it will submit objections to the International Court.
