On November 3, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Turkish President Recep Erdogan met in Astana, where the 10th summit of the heads of the Organization of Turkic States is being held.
It was noted at the meeting that friendly, fraternal and allied relations between Azerbaijan and Turkey are successfully developing in various fields. Aliyev and Erdogan considered the aggression carried out against Nagorno-Karabakh in September, as a result of which the Armenian population was forcibly displaced, a "successfully completed operation".
During the conversation, it was noted that the 10th Jubilee Summit of the Organization of Turkic States, with the motto "Turkic Century", serves to further strengthen cooperation between countries and peoples.
At the meeting, there was confidence that bilateral relations will continue to develop successfully, ideas were exchanged on cooperation prospects and issues of mutual interest.
