The Congress of Local and Territorial Authorities of the Council of Europe adopted a declaration regarding Azerbaijan's attack on Nagorno-Karabakh. Condemning Azerbaijan's aggression, the Congress joins the calls of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the European Regional Committee to release all Karabakh representatives detained in Azerbaijan. The declaration expresses solidarity with the authorities of Armenia supporting the Armenians of Karabakh.
