Iran's and Russia's Foreign Ministers Hossein Amirabdollahian and Sergey Lavrov met in Tehran in the framework of discussions of foreign ministers in the "3+3" format.
The foreign ministers of 5 states - Armenia, Azerbaijan, Russia, Turkey and Iran - participate in the session in the "3+3" format. Georgia refused to participate.
