The meeting of the foreign ministers of the European Union has started in Luxembourg under the chairmanship of the head of EU diplomacy, Josep Borrell. According to the press release, "the Russian-Ukrainian, Israeli-Palestinian conflicts, events concerning Armenia and Azerbaijan are on the agenda of the council."
Ahead of the session, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock stated that, taking into account the developments in the South Caucasus, the peace negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan are becoming more important.
"It is necessary to reach a peaceful settlement, so that Armenians and Azerbaijanis live in peace and security in their borders," said Baerbock.
