After a meeting with a group of Nagorno-Karabakh citizens, the fifth President of Nagorno-Karabakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, announced that they clarified the issues, most of which were of a social nature, related to placement, work and salary.
Shahramanyan noted that they will try to solve these issues, they will provide two rooms in the territory of the representation for volunteers to inventory the problems of Nagorno-Karabakh residents. As for political issues, Samvel Shahramanyan apologized for the fact that there are questions to which he cannot answer, and urged the people of Nagorno-Karabakh to be sober, united and not give in to provocations. Despite this, a scuffle and a fight broke out after the announcement.
There was a tense situation in front of the Nagorno-Karabakh representation in Armenia. A group of our compatriots from Nagorno-Karabakh demanded from the fifth President of Nagorno Karabakh, Samvel Shahramanyan, to cancel the document he signed, according to which the Republic of Artsakh will cease to exist from January 1, 2024. The people of Karabakh demanded to convene a session of the Nagorno-Karabakh Parliament and recognize the decree as null and void, as it was adopted under the direct threat of Azerbaijan. After a short public announcement, Shahramanyan invited two to three dozen of those gathered inside to talk about the raised issue without cameras.
