Secretary General of the Francophonie Louise Mushikiwabo arrived at the Foreign Ministry of Armenia, where she was greeted by Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, Foreign Ministry's Spokesperson Ani Badalyan stated.
