Reuters. Belgian authorities have confirmed that the person who has been found and shot by the police in Brussels on Tuesday (October 17) is the gunman who killed two Swedish citizens in the Belgian capital on Monday, RTBF radio said on its website.
Police in the Brussels were seen blocking access to streets and standing outside a flat.
